We know everyone has a gift. And we know sharing our gifts with others
- big or small - are the basic building blocks of a strong, thriving community.
Building a stronger community means coming together as a family and looking out for one another. It's about volunteering your time, sharing your gitfs and showing the next generation how to lead Guam into the bright future ahead. Let's nurture an innate sense of service within all Guamanians. Be part of the Rigålu Foundation's movement to inspire the "giver" inside each of us. On behalf of the Rigålu Foundation, thank you for supporting Guam!

Thank you, Guam, for you generous donations.
You helped to make the "Gift of Love Telethon"
a wonderful success!
At any given time, Guam can have more than 200 children under Child Protective Services. With less than 30 licensed foster families, there remains a great need for emergency shelter facilities to care for local foster children.
